Join the Wall

Join the Wall is Part 2 of the Crum Punch trilogy. After the Crumsplosion, Ralph Munchcut keeps hosting Munch & Crum with Leonard Crum’s corpse propped in the debate chair—missing head replaced by a bloody volleyball—while insisting Crum is fine. Weeks of denial, half-jokes about Crum’s wife not noticing, and mounting guilt culminate in an audience-interactive RPG descent into the studio drywall, which opens onto hell.

The arc climaxes on the extended Join the Wall telecast (~3h13m), when Munch’s party retrieves Crum from hell. On the follow-up broadcast Crum is back at the desk with little memory of his death or underworld tenure.

Status

Resolved / Concluded. Crum is resurrected by late September 2025. The groin-punch sequel begins months later as Crum Dick Punch (Part 3).

Background

  • Volleyball Denial: Post-punch, Munch debates a silent, headless Crum; a bloody volleyball stands in for the missing head. Chat likens the remains to Deathlock and children’s drawings. Munch claims he spent days cleaning Crum’s remains.
  • Wife Bits: Running gag that Belulia/Belilia has not noticed her husband is gone—later twisted into jokes that she is “dating a volleyball.”
  • Guilt → Wall: Peter Gibbon and others tease sending people into the wall; Munch’s guilt finally drives a formal quest. Case builds RPG scaffolding (dice checks, party composition) around the crawlspace.
  • Hell Transit: Inside the wall the party finds a subterranean labyrinth and a hellish transit authority where deceased Crum has been working (assistant manager), still gambling.

The Climax: Join the Wall (2025-09-21)

On Join the Wall, Munch leads building maintenance Dave and electrician Gizbo into the studio drywall. They uncover Peter Gibbon’s domain, spectral hazards, and hell itself. After RPG-style combat, Munch uses a hell key fused to his soul to free Crum and return to the studio.

Aftermath (2025-09-25)

On Post Wall and Rapture Clarity, resurrected Crum sits the desk again—claiming amnesia and sudden super strength—while Munch immediately demands the return of debate points. The Beyblade community debt is re-pledged; the Crum Punch trilogy’s middle act is closed.
