Overview
Barely Informed News presents a Halloween special election night in the ruined city of Rennerton, where successive mayors — Godzilla, Gina Darling’s sentient forehead, a Hamtaro-loving hamster, Munch under martial law, and finally Crum in a 69-0 landslide — attempt to rebuild defenses against flesh-eating ‘extreme loiterers.’ Crum’s term sees the construction of perimeter walls, an archer corps, and a claim of 50% life regeneration before the broadcast signs off.
